Commercial Cleaning
Our office cleaning specifications are designed specifically to meet your needs. Our cleaning services are available outside office hours, in the evenings and at weekends so that you, your employees and customers are not inconvenienced.
We carry out monthly inspections of premises to ensure our customers are receiving high standards of service they expect. We request regular meetings with our clients to discuss any additional needs or changes to cleaning services that mat be required.
Builders Cleans
Clean and Bright specialise in carrying out Builders' Cleans and Final cleans for new-to-market properties. We work to an agreed schedule with developed method statements. All of our teams are comprehensively trained; each job has an assigned supervisor to ensure the highest standards and attention to detail. The supervisor inspects all work prior to hand-over and signing a completion of works notice.
Tenancy Cleaning
We work closely with property management companies and letting agents providing Deep Cleans to vacant properties. The flexibility of our team allows us to respond at short notice and complete to tight deadlines. All Deep Cleans are overseen by our Area Supervisor who inspects all work and signs completion of works notice.
One-Off Deep Cleans
We also carry out One-Off Deep Cleans for Commercial and Domestic properties. Whether you are moving to or from a property, Clean and Bright will make sure the place is ready for you or the new tenant.
Domestic Cleaning
We offer Professional domestic cleaning at times to suit you, available daily, weekly, fortnightly or on a monthly basis.
